Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Symptoms   Carpal Tunnel Syndrome Symptoms
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome symptoms can be felt in the hand, wrist and sometimes as high up as the shoulder. Severity of the symptoms depends on the condition of the person. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome symptoms may be mild and occasionially felt, but in some circumstances symptoms may become constant.

In extreme cases of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome a persons hand muscles may become permanently weakened and loss of feeling across the hand may occur.

As symptoms worsen, people might feel tingling during the day. Decreased grip strength may make it difficult to form a fist, grasp small objects, or perform other manual tasks. In chronic or untreated cases, the muscles at the base of the thumb may waste away.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome symptoms may include the following;

1. Tingling or pins and needles in the hands or fingers

2. Loss of grip strength

3. Burning sensation in the hands or wrists

4. Difficulty moving wrist and fingers

5. Difficulty performing small finger movements such as writing

6. In severe cases tingling, pins and needles and weakness in the arm and shoulder

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome symptoms can worsen during the night as many people sleep with their wrists bent or in a flexed position.

If you show the symptoms of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome look into performing Carpal Tunnel Exercises to relieve the pain and research alternative treatments or surgery.
